Shipping Policy

All I JUST John 3:16 products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. This means your item is custom-printed specifically for you after you place your order.
How It Works
When you place an order, it goes directly to Printful's production facility. They print, pack, and ship your item directly to your door. This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality faith apparel without holding inventory.
Production Time
Before your order ships, it must go through production. Estimated production times:
- Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats): 2–5 business days
- Accessories and other items: 2–5 business days
Production times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, new product launches). Production time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Times
After production, your order is handed off to a carrier. Estimated shipping times (after production is complete):

Total estimated delivery = Production time + Shipping transit time. For most US orders, expect delivery within 5–10 business days from order placement.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The carrier (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx for US orders)
- A link to track your package
You can also track your order anytime at ijustjohn316.com/track using your order number and email address.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and the shipping method selected. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our email list to stay informed.
International Orders
We ship to most countries worldwide. For international orders, please note:
- Customs & import duties — international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery delays — customs processing can add additional delays beyond the estimated transit times above.
- Address accuracy — please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
Address Changes
Once an order is placed and enters production, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Contact us immediately at ladygrace5n@gmail.com if you need to update your address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at ladygrace5n@gmail.com and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
