Return & Refund Policy

All I JUST John 3:16 products are custom-printed to order through Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is made specifically for you, we operate with a limited return and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Eligible for Return or Replacement
We stand behind the quality of every product. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
✓ We Accept Returns / Issue Replacements For:
- Defective items — manufacturing defects, print quality issues, or stitching errors
- Damaged in shipping — item arrived damaged due to carrier handling
- Wrong item received — you received a different product, design, or size than what you ordered
✗ We Do NOT Accept Returns For:
- Change of mind — you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item
- Wrong size selected — you ordered the wrong size; please check our size guide before ordering
- Slight color variations — minor differences between screen display and printed colors are normal in print-on-demand
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Email us at ladygrace5n@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name and email used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
- We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we will either:
- Ship a free replacement (most common resolution), or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Refund Timeline
If a refund is issued:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe)
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Return Shipping
For eligible returns (defective, damaged, or wrong item), you are not required to return the item. We may ask you to return the item in some cases — if so, we will provide a prepaid return label.
We do not ask customers to pay return shipping for issues that are our fault.
